1 Title
These regulations are the Food (Fees and Charges) Amendment Regulations 2007.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 July 2007.
3 Principal regulations amended
These regulations amend the Food (Fees and Charges) Regulations 1997.
4 InterpretationThe definition of hourly rate charge in regulation 2 is revoked.
5 Regulation 4 revoked
Regulation 4 is revoked.
6 Waiver of fees and charges
Regulation 5(1) is amended by omitting “clause 1 or clause 2” and substituting “clause 6 or 7”。
7 New Schedule substituted
The Schedule is revoked and the Schedule set out in the Schedule of these regulations substituted.

If work performed outside normal working hours (other than on a public holiday within the meaning of the Holidays Act 2003), $144 per hour payable in 15-minute units, with a minimum charge of $36
If work performed on a public holiday (within the meaning of the Holidays Act 2003), $192 per hour, with a minimum charge of $48

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2007, substitute a new schedule of fees in the Food (Fees and Charges) Regulations 1997.
